At Beloved Moments Jewels™, each piece is designed to mark the moments that matter. A little care goes a long way—follow these simple tips to keep your jewelry looking luminous.

Keep it dry

Moisture dulls finishes over time. Remove jewelry before:

• Showering or swimming
• Exercising
• Applying lotion, perfume, sunscreen, or hairspray.

Clean gently

• After each wear, wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals, dips, ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive cloths.
• For non-plated items only, a quick rinse in mild soapy water, then dry completely.

Material notes

• Gold-plated / Gold-tone finishes: Use a soft cloth only. Do not use silver dips or polishing pastes—they can remove plating.
• S925 sterling silver: Tarnish is natural. Brighten with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Avoid liquid dips on plated details.
• Natural freshwater pearls: Pearls are organic—keep them away from chemicals, acids, and heat. Last on, first off. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear; never soak or use ultrasonic.
• Resin / enamel details: Keep away from solvents (acetone, alcohol) and prolonged heat; wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Store thoughtfully

• Place each piece in its pouch or box to prevent scratching.
• Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Store chains fastened to avoid tangles; consider anti-tarnish tabs for S925.

Handle with love

• Avoid bending delicate components or pulling fine chains.
• Take care when layering; put on jewelry after dressing and remove before changing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email customercare@belovedmomentsjewels.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and all packaging. After review, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability (a refund may be issued only if necessary).
