Shipping & Returns

  • Orders ship in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once dispatched.
  • Tracking may appear in Canada Post after the parcel reaches Canada.

Delivery estimates (Canada)

  • 7–14 business days after dispatch. Peak seasons can take longer due to customs or carrier delays.

Returns (Canada)

  • After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit (refund only if the item is unavailable). Please wait for an RMA number before sending anything back.
