✨ When will my order ship?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number from our international logistics partner.
  • Note: Tracking may not appear in Canada Post until the parcel reaches Canada.

✨ How long does delivery take?

  • Estimated delivery within Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer due to customs or carrier delays.
  • 💡 Buying for a special occasion? Please order early.

✨ Where is my order shipped from?

  • We’re a Canadian-owned brand.
  • All jewelry is prepared and shipped from our studio in China via our international logistics partner, allowing us to offer modern, high-quality pieces at accessible prices.

✨ Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes. Free shipping on orders CAD $79+.
  • Orders under CAD $79 ship at a flat rate of CAD $10.

✨ Will I pay customs or import taxes?

  • Import fees may apply on some orders. Any duties/taxes assessed by customs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot guarantee if/when duties will be charged.

❌ Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are Final Sale (not eligible for return/exchange, except if damaged/incorrect on arrival):

  • Earrings
  • Custom-engraved or personalized items
  • Items specifically marked “Final Sale”

✔️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Email customercare@belovedmomentsjewels.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and all packaging (show any damage and labels).
  3. After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability. A refund may be issued only if necessary (e.g., item unavailable).

  • Because items are shipped internationally, we currently cannot process standard exchanges.
