✨ When will my order ship?
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number from our international logistics partner.
- Note: Tracking may not appear in Canada Post until the parcel reaches Canada.
✨ How long does delivery take?
- Estimated delivery within Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer due to customs or carrier delays.
- 💡 Buying for a special occasion? Please order early.
✨ Where is my order shipped from?
- We’re a Canadian-owned brand.
- All jewelry is prepared and shipped from our studio in China via our international logistics partner, allowing us to offer modern, high-quality pieces at accessible prices.
✨ Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes. Free shipping on orders CAD $79+.
- Orders under CAD $79 ship at a flat rate of CAD $10.
✨ Will I pay customs or import taxes?
- Import fees may apply on some orders. Any duties/taxes assessed by customs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cannot guarantee if/when duties will be charged.

❌ Final Sale Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are Final Sale (not eligible for return/exchange, except if damaged/incorrect on arrival):
- Earrings
- Custom-engraved or personalized items
- Items specifically marked “Final Sale”
✔️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Email customercare@belovedmomentsjewels.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and all packaging (show any damage and labels).
- After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability. A refund may be issued only if necessary (e.g., item unavailable).
