ORDERING & SHIPPING
✨ When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Note: Tracking may not appear in Canada Post until the parcel reaches Canada (typically 3-5 days).
✨ How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery within Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer due to customs processing or carrier delays.
💡 Buying for a special occasion? Please order at least 3 weeks in advance.

We're proudly Toronto-based and Canadian-owned. To bring you premium quality at accessible prices, we partner with trusted international suppliers. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from our partner studio with tracked delivery to Canada.
This partnership allows us to curate timeless, elegant jewelry while keeping costs thoughtful.
✨ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all Canadian orders CAD $79+.
Orders under CAD $79 ship at a flat rate of CAD $10.
(We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping may be available in the future.)
✨ Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Please note: Tracking may not appear in Canada Post's system until your parcel enters Canada. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.
✨ Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Import duties and taxes (if assessed) are the customer's responsibility. We cannot guarantee if or when fees will apply.
Most Canadian orders under CAD $150 are generally duty-free, but customs may occasionally assess charges.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Due to international fulfillment, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges at this time.
